Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. You must request a return, exchange, or refund within 10 days of receiving your order.

To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a message to us on WhatsApp at 7208741065 to create a ‘Return Request.’
  2. After receiving your request, we will confirm the pick-up within 24 hours.
  3. Have the item ready for pick-up, or ship it to us depending on the return method chosen.
  4. Our logistics partner will arrange the pick-up.

We offer pick-up services in select locations, depending on our courier’s coverage area. If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your location, you may self-ship the product to us.

Refunds will be issued to your preferred bank account. For payments made via credit card, debit card, net banking, or wallet, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 days from the cancellation date.
